Preschool Information
St. Paul’s offers a quality preschool program at an affordable price. A 2-day class is available for 3-4 year old children, and a 3-day class is available for children who are 4-5 years of age. A 5-day option is also available for students who are eligible for the 3 day class. In an effort to provide more flexible options, St Paul's will also be offering a daily extended day “Lunch Bunch” program. In order to participate, families must choose this monthly option when registering. See brochure for more information about the extended day lunch bunch and the fees for the current year.
Classes provide structured academic lessons, learning centers, thematic units, group activities, free play, hands-on activities, holiday celebrations, chapel time, and an end-of-year program. The children also enjoy monthly field trips during the school year in which the teachers mix learning and fun. The school year runs from September through May. The children are issued report cards twice a year. We are currently accepting student registrations. Classes
The 2-day class is limited to 16 students and the 3-day class is limited to 18 students. In order to register for the 2-day class, the student must be eligible for kindergarten in 2 years. In order to register for the 3-day class, the student must be eligible for kindergarten the following school year. In the Red Lion Area School District the students must be 5 by August 31 to be eligible for kindergarten.

3-Day Class Teacher/Director: Mrs. Patience Martin
Patience Martin has been a preschool teacher at St. Paul’s Church for over 20 years. She has her teaching degree from Messiah College. She is also employed by Unique Physique Fitness Center where she teaches fitness classes and is a personal trainer. Education. In addition to teaching, Patience is active in her church as a junior high youth advisor and Sunday school teacher. In her free time, she enjoys reading and values family time with her husband, teenage son and extended family.
2-Day Class Teacher and 3-Day Class Assistant: Mrs. Carissa Eveler
Carissa has been a teaching assistant for our 2-day and 3-day classes at St. Paul’s for the past 4 years. Additionally, she has helped to plan, coordinate and operate our Lunch Bunch program. Carissa loves working with children and has found it very rewarding to watch them learn, play, and grow. She is looking forward to the challenge of teaching; and, to the joy of helping build a foundation for your child’s future educational journey.
2-Day Classroom Assistant: Mrs. Tanya Kurzmiller
Tanya will be our replacing Mrs. Carissa as the 2-Day class assistant. . She is looking forward to the opportunity to work with the children. Tanya lives near Winterstown with her husband and two teenage children. She loves spending time and taking care of her busy family. In her free time, she likes to garden and watch veterinarian shows!
